Ingredients for steaming snapper

Snapper 2 pieces
Green pepper 2g
Red pepper 2g
Ginger 4g
Scallion 5g
Steamed fish soy sauce 6g
Cooking wine 5g
Edible oil 5g

Steps:
1.First, prepare the ingredients. Slice the green and red bell peppers into strips, cut the scallions into thin strips, and soak them in a bowl. Julienne the ginger and cut the scallions into sections. Also, prepare the red snapper.

2.The red snapper is a fish from the sea. Clean it thoroughly and make several cuts on its back.

3.Then, place it in a plate, add a small amount of cooking wine, and marinate it with the ginger and scallion strips. Let it marinate for about 3-5 minutes.

4.After marinating the fish, take a round plate and stuff the ginger and scallion separately into the bellies of the two fish. Arrange them on the plate.

5.Once arranged, start steaming. Take a steamer and place the fish inside, cover it, and steam for 7 minutes.

6.After the fish is cooked, turn off the heat, remove the lid, and transfer it to a long rectangular plate.

7.Sprinkle shredded vegetables on top of the steamed fish and drizzle it with steamed fish soy sauce.

8.Finally, pour hot oil on top, which will enhance the fragrance of the fish. Now it’s ready to be served.

tips:
1.Ensure the fish is properly cleaned and make a few cuts on its back. This will help the fish to marinate faster and absorb flavors more effectively.
2.Once the fish is marinated, place the ginger and scallions inside the fish to steam, which helps eliminate any fishy smell.
3.Sprinkle a layer of green and red bell pepper strips and shredded scallions on top of the fish. Then, drizzle it with steamed fish soy sauce and finish by pouring hot oil over it.
