Take a few green bell peppers and cut them into shreds at an angle. Cut a section of the white part of a large spring onion into crosswise slices, and chop a few cloves of garlic into slices. Once all the ingredients are prepared, we can start cooking.

2.Heat oil in a pan, and after the oil is hot, add the spring onion and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add the green bell pepper shreds and quickly stir-fry. During this process, stir-fry on high heat quickly to retain the crunchiness of the green beans. Once the green beans are partially cooked, we can start seasoning. Add 2 grams of salt, 1 gram of chicken powder, 1 gram of sugar, and 5 grams of chili sauce. Pour in the strips of red bell pepper and quickly stir-fry to mix the seasonings. Finally, drizzle a little sesame oil to enhance the color of the dish. Stir-fry evenly and it’s ready.

3.Finally, plate the stir-fried green beans and serve. To enhance the presentation, you can sprinkle some chopped spring onions or cilantro on top of the green beans to add color and texture. The delicious stir-fried green beans are now complete.

Tips

1.Fresh green beans have a tender texture and good taste, so when buying, choose ones that are bright green in appearance and free of spots.
2.After the green beans become fully cooked, you can turn down the heat and let them simmer in the pan for a while to allow them to absorb the flavors. This will make the green beans more fragrant and tender.
3.When stir-frying green beans, heat the pan first to ensure that it is hot before adding the green beans. This will help maintain the freshness and tenderness of the green beans.
