Light soy sauce 4g

Steps:

1.Today, I’m going to share a recipe for stir-fried cabbage with vermicelli. First, let’s prepare the ingredients. Soak the dried vermicelli in a bowl of warm water until they become soft. Then, remove the noodles from the water and set them aside. Take one head of cabbage, cut off the root, and peel off the leaves. Rinse the cabbage leaves thoroughly with clean water. Slice the cabbage leaves into pieces, and shred the cabbage stalks.

2.Take a small piece of ginger and slice it into ginger slices. Peel a few cloves of garlic and slice them into garlic slices. Crush a few dried chili peppers and put them in a bowl. Cut two scallions into small pieces. Cut half a red bell pepper into thin strips for garnishing. Slice some pork belly into thin slices and set them aside in a bowl. 4.Pour in a little water and add the vermicelli and cabbage leaves. Add 2 grams of salt, 1 gram of chicken powder, 1 gram of white pepper powder, and 1 gram of sugar to enhance the flavors. Be careful with the amount of sugar, as it should not make the dish taste sweet. Stir-fry everything evenly and cover the pan to simmer for a while, allowing the vermicelli to absorb the flavors. Finally, add the scallions and red bell pepper strips, and stir-fry everything together until well combined. It’s now ready to be served.
