Step:

1.To cook delicious Sour Soup Noodles, you need to start with preparing the soup base. Take a clean bowl and add a spoonful of fresh green onions, two spoonfuls of fragrant minced garlic, a spoonful of toasted sesame seeds, and two spoonfuls of chili flakes. At this point, the seasonings in the bowl are taking shape, and the next step is to drizzle hot oil over them. Scoop out some hot oil and gently tilt the bowl, allowing the hot oil to slowly and evenly cover the entire bottom of the bowl.
