Ingredients for purple potato cookies

Purple sweet potato 2个
Butter 500g
Sugar 30g
low-gluten flour 50g
Sugar 20g
Salt 5g

Step:

1.Mash the pre-steamed purple sweet potatoes into a puree.

2.In softened butter, add white sugar and salt. Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture until it turns pale in color.

3.To the whipped butter mixture that has turned pale in color, add milk and continue to mix.

4.Add the purple sweet potato puree and all-purpose flour to the butter mixture, then mix again until it forms a dough-like consistency.

5.Transfer the well-mixed purple sweet potato dough into a piping bag and pipe it into desired cookie shapes.

6.Place the piped cookies in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes. Once done, they are ready to be enjoyed!

Tips:

1.After steaming the purple sweet potatoes, mash them into a puree using a rolling pin. When sieving the puree, you can press it with a spoon to achieve a smoother texture.

2.Soften the butter until it is easily indented when pressed with your fingers. Then add powdered sugar and granulated sugar together, and mix well.
