Stir-fried shredded beef with dried herbs:

smoked bean curd 300g
Chili pepper one
Garlic 10g
Celery 50g
Beef tenderloin 200g
Soy sauce 3ml
Steamed fish soy sauce 5ml
Salt 3g
Edible oil 3ml

Step:

1.Prepare the necessary ingredients: (Slice the garlic, cut the red chili peppers into segments, cut the celery into sections, and marinate the beef slices in soy sauce and oyster sauce for 20 minutes.)

2.Clean the dried smoked bean curd and cut it into shreds.

3.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dried smoked bean curd and fry it gently until the smoked bean curd becomes softened. Remove and set aside for later use.

4.No need to add additional oil to the pan. Directly pour in the pre-marinated beef slices and stir-fry them until they are well-separated. Then, add the garlic, celery, and red chili peppers, and stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed.

5.Add the cooked dried smoked bean curd back into the pan, reduce the heat to low, and season with salt and soy sauce. Increase the heat to high and stir-fry everything together until well combined.

6.Pour a circle of clean water around the edge of the pan. Allow the liquid to evaporate until the sauce thickens. Then, drizzle steamed fish soy sauce and cooking oil over the dish.

7.Stir-fry for about 20 seconds and then it’s ready to be served and enjoyed!

Tips:

1.Choose tender cuts of beef: Opt for tender cuts such as tenderloin or sirloin, as they will result in more tender and succulent beef when stir-fried.

2.Slice the beef at an angle: When cutting the beef into thin strips, try to maintain a specific angle between the knife and the meat. This will help create more tender and juicy beef slices.

3.Use high heat for quick stir-frying: When stir-frying the beef and dried smoked bean curd , it’s recommended to use high heat and quickly toss them in the pan. This will help retain the tenderness of the beef and crispiness of the dried tofu.

4.Control the cooking time: Be careful not to overcook the beef and dried smoked bean curd . The beef should be cooked until it changes color, and the dried tofu should be fried until it turns golden brown and crispy. Overcooking can make them tough or hard.
