2.Arrange the vermicelli noodles and enoki mushrooms neatly on a plate, forming a circular pattern around the edges of the plate.

3.Drizzle the minced garlic sauce over the neatly arranged enoki mushrooms.

4.Place the plate into a steamer and steam with the lid covered over high heat for 8 minutes.

5.After steaming, sprinkle some chopped green onions on top and drizzle a circle of steamed fish soy sauce. Now, you’re ready to enjoy your meal!、

Tips:

1.Choosing fresh enoki mushrooms: Select enoki mushrooms that are intact, vibrant in color, and not too soft. This ensures the tenderness and texture of the mushrooms.

2.Controlling steaming time: Overcooking enoki mushrooms can make them tough and watery, so it’s important to master the steaming time. Usually, steaming for 5-8 minutes is sufficient, until the enoki mushrooms become soft but still retain their tenderness.

3.Adding seasonings: While steaming enoki mushrooms, you can enhance the flavor by adding a small amount of salt, light soy sauce, or chicken powder according to your personal taste. However, enoki mushrooms also have a delicious natural flavor, so it’s up to your preference whether to add additional seasonings.
