Snow peas 300g
Carrot 150g
Steamed Pork Rice noodles 100g
Steamed fish soy sauce 10g
Sesame oil 5g

 

Steps:

1.Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Purchase a pack of steamed rice vermicelli from the supermarket, pour 100g into a bowl. Cut the snow peas into segments, making sure they are slightly longer in length. Similarly, wash and cut the carrots into thin strips, then place them in separate bowls for later use.

2.Pour the carrots and snow peas together in a bowl. Add steamed fish sauce and soy sauce, then mix them well. Directly pour the mixture onto the steamed rice vermicelli and continue to mix thoroughly. Make sure that every snow pea is coated with the flour.

 

3.Transfer the evenly mixed snow peas into a round dish, arranging them as neatly as possible. Once everything is arranged neatly, it’s time to steam them. Prepare a steamer and place the dish with the snow peas inside. Cover the steamer with its lid and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

4.After steaming, turn off the heat and remove the lid of the steamer. Drizzle a little bit of sesame oil over the snow peas.

5.Remove the dish directly from the steamer, and you can now indulge in this delicious dish!

2.Steamed rice vermicelli already contains salt, so there is no need to add extra salt.
