Hot pot base 32g
Salt 10g
Essence of chicken 8g

Steps:
1.Prepare the seasonings and various vegetables of your choice.Slice or cut the vegetables into small pieces.

2.Remove the shrimp’s digestive tract and make a shallow cut on the back.


3.Fry the shrimp in a pan until both sides are crispy.


4.Blanch the vegetables in boiling water with a tablespoon of salt. Start with the ones that take longer to cook, then remove and drain them.


5.Heat oil in a wok, add scallions, ginger, and garlic to sauté until fragrant. Add chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns to stir-fry until aromatic. Finally, add a piece of hot pot base to stir-fry until the oil turns red and releases a fragrant and spicy aroma.


6.Stir-fry sausage and prawns in the wok, deglaze with a splash of cooking wine.Stir-fry the blanched vegetables in the wok.Season with salt, chicken bouillon, and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add roasted sesame seeds.
