Ingredients for spicy chicken

Chicken drumstick three
Dried chilli 100g
Green onion 5g
Ginger 4g
Sichuan Pepper 6g
Light soy sauce 4g
Sugar 2g
Cooked sesame 3g
Salt 3g
Cooking wine 5g
Pepper 4g
Starch 13g

Steps:
1.Prepare the ingredients.


2.Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces and marinate them with salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, and pepper for 2 hours.


3.Finely chop the ginger, spring onion, and cut the chili peppers into segments.


4.Fry the marinated chicken thighs in hot oil until they turn golden and develop a crispy exterior. Remove from the oil.


5.In the same pan, leave a small amount of oil and stir-fry the spring onion, ginger, and chili pepper segments for about ten seconds to release their fragrance.


6.Add the chicken pieces, white sugar, and light soy sauce.Stir-fry everything together over high heat until well combined.

7.Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on top after plating.

1.It is best to fry the chicken thighs twice: first on medium heat to cook through, and then a second time to achieve a crispy exterior.
2.You can also use a whole chicken or chicken breast for this dish.
