Ingredients for Osmanthus Fruit Jelly

Kiwi two
Dragon fruit one
Yogurt 200g
Blueberry 50g
Raisin 60g
Osmanthus 20g

Steps:

1.First, I wash the kiwi fruit and peel off its skin using a knife. After peeling, I cut the kiwi into evenly-sized small pieces and set them aside. Next, I proceed to handle the dragon fruit. The outer skin of the dragon fruit also needs to be peeled off, and then it’s cut into small pieces for later use.

2.I take a clean plate and pour yogurt onto it, then evenly sprinkle the kiwi fruit and dragon fruit on the plate. These two fruits have bright colors and look beautiful when paired together. Then, I add blueberries and raisins. Both of these dried fruits have a sweet taste and pair well with yogurt and fruit. I also sprinkle some osmanthus flowers on top to make the salad more fragrant. I put it in the refrigerator and let it freeze for 3 hours.

3.After the time is up, I take it out and cut it into small pieces. At this point, the overall texture becomes more varied, with the sweet and tangy flavors of the fruit, the creamy taste of the yogurt, and the chewiness of the dried fruit. I can’t wait to take a bite and instantly feel a cool sensation in my mouth, all fatigue dissipating.
