Scallion 250g
Edible oil 12g
Soy sauce 20g
Salt 4g
Ginger 6g
Sugar 5g

1.Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2.Place the free-range chicken in cold water, add scallion knots, ginger slices, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
