Published Categorized as Homemade dishes

Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Green Beans is not only delicious but also packed with nutritional value. Green beans are rich in protein, dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins, promoting bowel movement and aiding digestion. Lean meat, on the other hand, is high in quality protein, fats, and vitamins B1 and B2, which help strengthen the body and replenish deficiencies. The combination of these two ingredients creates a dish that is both tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Green Beans

Pork fillet 400g
Salt 4g
Starch 5g
Cooking wine 6g
Light soy sauce 6g
Dark soy sauce 5g
Small chili pepper 8g
Chicken powder 4g
Green onion 6g
Garlic 6g

Steps:

1.Pork Preparation: Firstly, clean the fresh pork tenderloin and cut it into pieces before grinding it in a meat grinder to obtain minced meat. Be careful not to grind it too finely, maintaining some texture.

2.Marinating the Minced Meat: Pour the minced meat into a bowl and add a tablespoon of salt, a tablespoon of cornstarch, a tablespoon of cooking wine, and a tablespoon of light soy sauce. Stir the minced meat clockwise with chopsticks until it becomes sticky and evenly coated. Then, cover the bowl and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

3.Stir-Frying the Minced Meat: Heat the pan with some cold oil. Once the oil is slightly hot, add the marinated minced meat and stir-fry over medium heat. When the minced meat starts to change color, add a tablespoon of dark soy sauce for color and continue stirring until the minced meat is fully cooked. Set it aside.

4.Stir-Frying the Vegetables: Clean the pan and add an appropriate amount of cooking oil. Heat it up and add the chopped garlic, scallions, and small chili peppers. Stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the chopped green beans and continue stir-frying. When the green beans start turning green, add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of chicken powder for seasoning. Continue stirring to mix well.

5.Mixing and Stir-Frying: Pour the cooked minced meat back into the pan and stir-fry together with the green beans. If the pan seems dry, you can add some water to prevent sticking. Continue stir-frying until all the ingredients are fully mixed and the green beans are thoroughly cooked. It is now ready to be served.

Tips

1.Adding cornstarch during the marination process helps to achieve tender and smooth meat texture. Meanwhile, cooking wine and light soy sauce can eliminate the meat’s fishy smell and enhance its fragrance.
2.When stir-frying the green beans, if you notice the pan being too dry or the heat too high, you can add some water to adjust the heat and avoid burning the green beans.
3.During the mixing and stir-frying process, it is advisable to set aside the minced meat first. This helps prevent the minced meat from sticking to the bottom of the pan while stir-frying the green beans. Once the green beans are well-cooked, add the minced meat back into the pan and stir-fry them together until well mixed.
4.Adding finely chopped scallions at the end can elevate the dish’s color and aroma. Alternatively, if you don’t prefer scallions, you can skip this step.
5.If you enjoy a sweet and sour flavor, you can add some sugar and vinegar towards the end before removing the dish from heat to adjust the taste.
