Carrot one
Garlic leaf 35g
Pork bacon 50g
Dried chilli 12g
Edible oil 10g
Dark soy sauce 4g
Light soy sauce 3g
Salt 4g
Steps:
1.Firstly, prepare the ingredients: chopped dried chili peppers, sliced Chinese sausage, garlic chives, minced garlic, and carrot cut into evenly thin strips.

2.Start by heating a clean pan with a tablespoon of cooking oil. Add the Chinese sausage and sauté until fragrant. It’s important to precook the Chinese sausage before stir-frying as it might not cook thoroughly otherwise. Once fragrant, add the dried chili peppers and minced garlic, and stir-fry until aromatic.

3.Add a dash of dark soy sauce for color, and then incorporate the carrot strips. Remember not to blanch the carrot strips as it can affect their flavor.

4.Once the carrot strips have softened, reduce the heat and begin seasoning. Add a tablespoon of salt and a small amount of light soy sauce. Continue stir-frying. This method of preparing carrots is my personal favorite. I prefer them slightly more cooked, but this depends on individual preferences.

5.Finally, add the garlic chives. They will enhance the dish with a hint of aroma. After thoroughly stir-frying everything, remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. A delicious and homey dish is now ready to be enjoyed. Gather your loved ones and dig in!
