Ingredients for chili sauce

Minced garlic 20g
Chopped ginger 6g
Chopped chili 25g
Pickled Chilli 56g
Oyster sauce 5g
Light soy sauce 4g
Fermented blank bean 4g

Steps:
1.Firstly, gather the ingredients needed: chopped chili peppers, pickled peppers, ginger, garlic. Chop all the ingredients finely and proceed with the following steps.

2.Heat a clean pan and add cooking oil. Begin by sautéing the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add the chopped wild peppers and chopped chili peppers. It is essential to stir-fry them until they become fragrant.

3.This kind of spicy sauce has a unique and appetizing flavor, being both spicy and tangy. Slowly cook it over low heat until the moisture inside evaporates. After the moisture has evaporated, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and fermented black beans (doubanjiang) to the pan. Stir everything together to evenly distribute the flavors.
