1.First, let’s prepare the ingredients. Take one celery stalk, break it apart, and remove any tough strings from the stem. Rinse the celery in clean water and drain. Split the celery stalk lengthwise and then cut it diagonally into diamond-shaped slices. Take half a red bell pepper, slice it into strips, and then cut it into diamond-shaped pieces.
