Cabbage 300g
Silk noodles 150g
Chopped green onion 10g
Minced garlic 20g
Small chili pepper 5g
Salt 3g
Light soy sauce 5ml
Steamed fish soy sauce 5ml

 

Instructions:

1.Prepare the required ingredients. Cut the cabbage into shreds in advance, soak the vermicelli and cut it into sections, and clean and chop the small chili peppers. Set them aside for later use.

2.Heat a clean wok or pan over high heat. Add oil to the pan, then add minced garlic and chopped small chili peppers. Stir-fry until fragrant. Next, add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry over high heat. It is important to cook the cabbage until it is about 60% done before adding the vermicelli for stir-fried cabbage with vermicelli.

3.Add salt and a little bit of light soy sauce. Add the vermicelli and stir-fry over low heat, gradually flipping until the vermicelli becomes soft, smooth, and transparent. Pour in some steamed fish soy sauce and stir-fry over high heat to distribute the flavors evenly. It is now ready to be served.
