Ingredients for Pancake:

Flour 100g
Butter 30g
Milk 250g
Egg 220g
Chocolate sauce 75g
Banana 20g
Strawberry 20g

 

Step:

1.Pre-melt the butter and prepare a bowl. Then gently pour sifted flour into the bowl, followed by fresh milk and eggs. Slowly pour the melted butter into the bowl, creating a vivid scene. Use a mixer to slowly blend these wonderful ingredients together until they are fully combined. As the smooth yellow batter forms, a delicate aroma of milk and butter begins to permeate the air. Keep stirring until it becomes smooth and free of lumps. This process requires patience and attention to achieve the desired texture and consistency of the pancake batter.

2.Take out a frying pan and place it on the gas stove. Turn the heat to low and wait for it to gradually heat up. Then, take a spoonful of the carefully blended batter and gently pour it into the pan. As the batter touches the hot pan, it immediately turns golden and fragrant. Rotate the frying pan to evenly spread the batter on the bottom, forming a thin pancake.

3.After spreading the pancake on the frying pan, take out the chocolate sauce and spread it evenly on the lower half of the pancake. The rich aroma of chocolate instantly fills the air, making your mouth water. Then, take fresh bananas and strawberries, slice them, and arrange them on top of the spread chocolate sauce, perfectly blending with the chocolate sauce and pancake.

4.After spreading the chocolate sauce and arranging the fruits, gently roll the other half of the pancake over, forming a delicious roll. Then, fold this roll in half again, turning it into a beautiful triangle. This step requires some skill and strength, but it’s important to carefully fold the pancake to maintain its shape and aesthetic appeal.

5.Finally, in the last step, carefully remove the rolled pancake from the frying pan using a spatula and place it on a beautiful plate. When arranging it, try to make the pancake’s shape more aesthetically pleasing, emphasizing its triangular form. As it lies quietly in the plate, one can almost imagine the stories it tells and feel the deliciousness and joy it represents. Lastly, sprinkle some shredded coconut on top. These tiny coconut flakes shimmer under the sunlight, adding a tropical twist and rich texture to the pancake. Tips:

1.The pancake batter should have the right consistency. If it is too runny, the pancakes will spread out too much; if it is too thick, the pancakes will become heavy. Ensure that the batter has a moderate thickness and adjust it according to the recipe instructions or personal preference.

2.When making pancakes, use low heat. Do not heat the pan too much, and gently peel the edges of the pancake from the pan as soon as it sets, to prevent sticking.
