2.Use the back of a knife to crush the garlic cloves, then chop them into minced garlic. If you enjoy the taste of garlic, you can add a bit more minced garlic.

3.Turn on the stove and heat a pan. Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil and evenly distribute it in the pan using a spatula. Heat the oil until it reaches a moderate temperature, about 60% hot. Add some dried chili peppers to the pan and stir-fry them with the spatula to release their spicy aroma. Then add the minced garlic and continue stirring to fry until fragrant.

4.Now add the washed spinach to the pan. Increase the heat to high and quickly stir-fry the spinach, breaking it apart while stir-frying. Add salt to season the spinach. Note that the salt should be added after the spinach is slightly cooked to avoid releasing excess water and affecting the texture. Continue stirring to evenly distribute the salt and allow each leaf of spinach to absorb the flavor.

5.The stir-fried spinach is ready to be served. Transfer the spinach to a plate, arrange it neatly, and it is ready to be enjoyed.
