Ingredients for Purple Rice Balls

Black glutinous rice 250g
Purple rice 250g
Cucumber 50g
Carrot 50g
Dried meat floss 120g
Pork ham five

Steps:
1.Wash the black glutinous rice and purple rice, then place them into an electric rice cooker. Add water until it reaches a level slightly above the rice grains, then press the cook button. If you prefer a softer texture, cook it for a bit longer.

2.Once cooked, use chopsticks to loosen the rice grains and transfer them into a container for later use.

3.Cut the yellow chives and carrots into thin strips. This will make the article more informative and closer to real-life practicality.

4.Open a sheet of plastic wrap and lay it flat. Place two spoonfuls of steamed purple rice onto it, press it down with your hand to flatten it out. Then, add strips of cucumber and carrot on top, sprinkle some shredded pork floss, and place a piece of ham sausage on it.
