Spiced beef 500g

Green pepper half

Edible oil 12g
Salt 5g

Steps:
1.First, prepare the ingredients. Slice the green and red bell peppers into strips, julienne the ginger, cut the braised beef into strips, and slice the onion.

2.Heat a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add cold cooking oil and then add the braised beef. Alternatively, you can use other types of meat as a substitute for beef.
