Steps:
.Wash your preferred meat and vegetables separately, and cut them into appropriate sizes. This will facilitate the subsequent cooking and consumption.
.Place the diced meat into boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes until they are fully cooked. Pay attention to the heat and timing during this process to avoid overcooking or undercooking. Then, remove all the cooked meat and set it aside.
.Similarly, place the diced vegetables into water and cook for about 8 minutes until they are fully cooked. Remove the cooked vegetables and set them aside.
.Prepare some bamboo skewers or metal skewers, and thread the cooked meat and vegetables onto them separately. Ensure that the ingredients are fresh and neatly arranged while threading, and also pay attention to safety.
.Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped scallions and ginger, then add a piece of beef hot pot base. Stir-fry over low heat until it melts. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add two tablespoons of chili powder, one tablespoon of salt, one tablespoon of chicken essence, and two tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir with a spoon to mix well, allowing the seasonings to blend thoroughly. Adjust the amount of seasoning according to personal preference. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
.Place the cooked meat and vegetables into the pot, allowing them to soak in the seasoned broth for at least half an hour. During this process, gently stir the ingredients occasionally to ensure they absorb the flavors of the seasoning evenly. Pay attention to controlling the heat and avoid letting the broth boil too vigorously, as it can affect the texture and taste of the ingredients.
