Pork fillet 500g

starchy flour 20g

Step:

1.Clean the pork tenderloin thoroughly and cut it into thin slices about 3 centimeters in size.

2.Place the sliced pork into a bowl and add salt, dark soy sauce, cornstarch, and oyster sauce. Stir clockwise until well combined.

3.Add 5ml of cooking oil to the marinated pork to prevent it from sticking during the stir-frying process.

4.After washing, cut the pointed peppers into pieces. Mince the garlic and slice the ginger.

5.Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil reaches a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, add the marinated pork and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Remove the pork from the wok, draining off any excess oil, and set it aside.
6.Heat the wok again and add oil. Add ginger and garlic, stir-frying until fragrant. Once fragrant, add the chili peppers to the wok.
7.When stir-frying the chili peppers until they are partially cooked, add salt and dark soy sauce for seasoning.

8.Add the pork slices to the wok and stir-fry until evenly cooked. Then, add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken bouillon for seasoning.
9.Remove the dish from the wok and serve it on a plate!
