Ingredients for steamed eggs with minced meat:

Egg three
Chili pepper 10g
Chopped green onion 10g
Garlic 5g
Ginger 5g
Minced pork 150g
Salt 3g
Soy sauce 3ml
Steamed fish soy sauce 4ml

Step:

1.The ingredients needed for this recipe are: eggs, minced pork, diced red bell pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped scallions.

2.After beating the eggs, add a pinch of salt and mix well. Then, pour in warm water at a ratio of 1:1.5 (eggs to water). Mix everything together again.

3.After beating the egg mixture, pour it into a container. Using chopsticks, skim off any foam or bubbles that have formed on the surface.

4.Heat up a pan and add cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the minced pork and stir-fry it. Then, add the minced ginger and continue to stir-fry until fragrant. Finally, pour in some soy sauce for seasoning and flavor.

5.Bring water to a boil in the pot. Once the water is boiling, carefully pour the egg mixture into a heatproof dish or a steaming plate. Cover the dish with a lid, and place it in the pot. Steam the dish over medium heat for approximately 6 minutes. You can also cover the dish with plastic wrap during steaming to help retain moisture.

6.Place the pre-cooked minced pork on top of the steamed egg mixture. Then, sprinkle diced red bell pepper over the minced pork. Steam the dish for an additional 30 seconds in the pot.

7.After steaming, drizzle some steamed fish soy sauce over the dish. Now, you can savor this delicious meal. Enjoy!
