Steps:

1.Prepare 500g of hawthorn and wash it thoroughly. Next, use a hollow tube to carefully poke out the seeds from the middle of the hawthorn, ensuring that the flesh remains intact. 3.Pour the hawthorn jam into a flat-bottomed pan and heat it over low heat. Then add an appropriate amount of white sugar and continue to simmer.
