Ingredients for Finger-sucking chicken wings

Chicken wings 500g
Salt 2g
Bean paste 2g
Ketchup 2g
Honey 1g
Light soy sauce 3g
Dark soy sauce 3g
Cooking wine 3ml
Ginger 5g
Garlic 3g
Cooked sesame 5g

Steps:

1.Score the chicken wings on both sides by making a few cuts, which helps the marinade penetrate the meat better. Then, mix together salt, doubanjiang (spicy bean paste), tomato sauce, honey, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and minced ginger and garlic in a bowl, ensuring that every chicken wing is well coated with the marinade.
