Keep the heat low and gradually increase the temperature until the peanut skins turn slightly brown. The peanuts will expand and make a crackling sound. 3.After 15 minutes, drain the water from the cucumbers. Rinse the cucumbers with clean water and then squeeze out the excess water. Prepare a larger bowl and transfer the cucumbers into it. Add the chopped green onion and the roasted peanuts. Then, start seasoning the salad. Add 1 gram of salt, a small amount of sugar for freshness, 10 grams of Lao Gan Ma chili sauce for spiciness, and 4 grams of vinegar. Finally, add a little bit of sesame oil to enhance the flavor of the dish. Mix everything well in the bowl and transfer to a serving plate. Your delicious cucumber salad is now ready.
