Salt 2g
Aginomoto 1g
Sugar 2g
Light soy sauce 5g
Mature vinegar 5g
Chili oil 5g
Coriander 3g

Steps:

1.First, prepare the ingredients. Take two cucumbers, peel off the skin, remove the ends, and place them in a bowl. Pour in clean water, wash the cucumbers thoroughly, and then drain. Break the cleaned cucumbers into halves from the middle and cut them into even strips. Arrange them in a row and cut them into diamond-shaped pieces. Set aside.

2.Peel the skin off four preserved eggs and place them in a bowl. Wash them with clean water and then remove them. Cut them into even small pieces and set aside. Take five cloves of garlic, flatten them with force, and chop them into minced garlic. Cut one piece of red pepper into strips and then into slices. Combine the red pepper and minced garlic in a bowl and set aside.

3.Prepare a small bowl and pour in the chopped red pepper and garlic. Add 2 grams of salt, 1 gram of MSG, and a little sugar. Be careful not to add too much sugar, as it is mainly used to enhance the flavor. Add 5 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of vinegar to bring out a refreshing taste, and 5 grams of chili oil to make the dish shiny. Mix the seasoning well until it dissolves.

4.Pour the chopped cucumbers into the bowl and mix gently to marinate the cucumbers. Then add the chopped preserved eggs and gently toss a few times. Transfer to a serving plate. Finally, garnish with a little cilantro in the plate and it’s ready to be served. Invite friends and family to enjoy the dish together.
