In the diverse world of gastronomy, Chinese-style pizza undoubtedly stands out as a remarkable delicacy. It combines the characteristics of Western-style pizza while incorporating the unique flavors of Chinese cuisine, enchanting people with its delicious taste and captivating colors.

Ingredients for Chinese pizza

 Flour 200g
yeast 3g
Onion 50g
Bell pepper 50g
50g
Egg two
Edible oil 20ml
Salt 2g
soybean paste 15g

 

Step:

1.To make the dough, mix 200g of flour with 3g of yeast. Then, pour in warm water at around 30 degrees Celsius. Stir the mixture until it forms a crumbly texture before kneading it into a smooth dough.

2.Place the kneaded dough in a bowl and cover it with a lid or kitchen towel. Put it in a warm place for 1 hour to allow it to ferment.

3.Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the cutting board, then place the dough on it and press and knead the dough.

4.Divide the kneaded dough into two equal portions and shape each portion into a round dough ball.

5.Roll out the kneaded dough using a rolling pin until it becomes thin. Set aside the two round pizza crusts for later use.

6.Slice the onions, bell peppers, and ham into thin pieces.

7.Prepare a small bowl and crack two eggs into it. Add 2g of salt and use chopsticks to beat the eggs until well mixed.

8.Heat an electric griddle and brush it with a layer of cooking oil. Place the rolled-out dough onto the griddle, then use chopsticks to poke small holes on the surface of the dough (this helps the dough absorb flavors better).

9.Brush a layer of soybean sauce onto the dough, then arrange the sliced onions, bell peppers, and ham on top. Cover the griddle with a lid and heat for 40 seconds.

10.Open the lid and pour the beaten egg mixture onto the surface of the dough. Cover the griddle again and cook for another minute. Now, you can enjoy the delicious Chinese-style pizza!

Tips:

1.For the sauce, you can use traditional Chinese condiments like chili sauce, bean paste, oyster sauce, etc., as a substitute for the traditional Italian pizza sauce. This will add a Chinese touch to the flavor.

2.When kneading the dough, gradually add water while stirring until the flour forms a sticky paste. Add water little by little, instead of adding too much at once.
