Crispy Sweet Potato Fries, beneath their golden exterior, hold a delicate sweetness that seems to tell the story of autumn. The melt-in-your-mouth crispy crust is like a gentle breeze of autumn, carrying a hint of coolness as it gently touches your taste buds, bringing forth an indescribable sense of satisfaction.

Ingredients for Crispy Sweet Potato Fries:

Sweet potato 800g
Starch 10g
Sugar 10g
Egg 100g
Breadcrumbs 100g

Steps:

1.Prepare the ingredients. Steam the sweet potatoes until cooked and remove the skin. Cut them into chunks.

2.Place the cut sweet potatoes in a bowl and add 10g of white sugar. Use a spoon to mash the sweet potato slices.

3.Once all the sweet potatoes are mashed, add a small amount of starch. Put on disposable gloves and mix the sweet potato puree thoroughly.

4.Crack an egg into a separate bowl and beat it. Pour bread crumbs into a slightly larger plate.

5.Shape the sweet potato mixture into evenly sized strips.

6.Once all the strips are shaped, dip them in the beaten egg and then coat them evenly with bread crumbs. Follow the same steps for all the sweet potato strips.

7.Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is heated to about 60% hot, reduce the heat and place the sweet potato strips in the pan. Try to place them one by one. After placing all the strips, cook them over medium-low heat, frying slowly.

8.Fry until the outer layer becomes crispy and golden brown. Then, they are ready to be served.

Tips:

1.Ensure that the oil temperature is not too high to avoid burning the outer layer while the inside remains undercooked.

2.Make sure to coat the sweet potato fries evenly with breadcrumbs, ensuring that each fry is coated thoroughly.

The sweetness of the sweet potatoes slowly unfolds in the mouth, as if one is immersed in an autumn field, experiencing the gifts of nature. It’s like a vivid painting portraying the essence of autumn, where every bite pays tribute to and praises the wonders of nature.
