Day lily 50g
Tofu 100g
Mushroom 50g
cauliflower 30g
Tomato 20g
Lotus root 100g
Jujube 30g
Wolfberry 20g
egg 100g
salt 5g
suger 1g
Chicken powder 1g
Pepper powder 1g
Sesame oil 3ml
Coriander 5g

Step:

1.Soak the dried daylily in an adequate amount of hot water, ensuring that the leaves are fully submerged. Let the daylily soak for about 5 minutes to soften it and make it easier to cook. Soaking the daylily in hot water helps remove impurities and enhances its texture and quality. Once softened, remove the daylily and rinse it with clean water to remove any remaining dirt or debris.

2.Cut the tofu into small cubes, selecting a size that suits your preference. Use a sharp knife and cut slowly to avoid breaking the tofu apart. Score the tops of the mushrooms with a cross pattern to allow better absorption of flavors during cooking. You can gently cut a cross shape on the top of each mushroom. Separate the florets from the main stem of the cauliflower and chop them into smaller pieces. If the cauliflower is large, you can first divide it into several smaller chunks before cutting into florets. Slice the tomatoes and lotus roots. Thinly slice the tomatoes, choosing round slices or half-moon shapes based on your preference. Similarly, slice the lotus root into thin or thin slices, as per your cooking requirements.

3.Place the red dates and goji berries in a bowl and soak them in water. Allow them to soak for about 15 to 30 minutes, until they become soft. In another bowl, beat two eggs. Use chopsticks or a fork to gently mix the egg white and yolk together.
