Ingredients for “Pudding” ice cream:
Milk 500g
Milk powder 50g
Cream 250g
Marshmallows 230g

Steps:

1.Firstly, take out some white marshmallows and place them in a bowl. The white marshmallows will add sweetness and a soft texture to the subsequent preparation process. Next, prepare a certain amount of milk. Gently pour the milk into the bowl while adding a suitable amount of powdered milk. Stir well to ensure the milk powder dissolves fully in the milk. The milk powder helps enhance the thickness and nutritional value of the milk. Pour a suitable amount of cream into the bowl and mix it thoroughly with other ingredients. The cream adds rich dairy flavor and a smooth texture to the white marshmallows.

2.Preheat a frying pan over low heat. Then, pour the prepared marshmallows, milk, powdered milk, and cream into the pan. Heat the pan slowly on low heat to prevent the cream from melting too quickly and promote even melting of the marshmallows and powdered milk. As the temperature rises, the marshmallows and powdered milk will gradually melt and mix with the milk. Continue gently stirring the mixture to ensure all ingredients dissolve evenly and avoid scorching the bottom. Once all the ingredients have completely melted and mixed evenly, continue heating on low heat for a few more minutes until the liquid becomes thicker. This process requires patience to prevent boiling or scorching. After cooking, pour the cooked milk mixture into a bowl and let it cool at room temperature.

3.Choose ice cream molds of various shapes, sizes, and designs to enhance the attractiveness and fun of the ice cream. Pour the cooled milk mixture into the chosen molds. Be careful not to overflow while pouring. Fill the molds but leave some space as the liquid will expand during the freezing process. Then, cover the molds with their respective lids. Ensure that the lids are tight and secure to prevent any leakage or contamination into the ice cream mixture. Insert ice cream sticks. Gently insert the ice cream sticks into the milk mixture, ensuring they are securely positioned in the center of the ice blocks. This way, when the milk mixture freezes, the ice cream sticks will serve as convenient handles. Finally, place the filled molds into the freezer for freezing. Allow the ice cream to freeze in the refrigerator for at least one hour to ensure complete solidification and freezing.

4.After an hour of freezing, it is now time to remove the frozen ice cream. Carefully take out the molds from the freezer. If there are lids on the molds, open the lids first and then gently detach them from the molds. Try gently shaking the molds to help release the ice blocks. If the ice cream doesn’t loosen automatically, you can briefly dip the bottom of the molds in warm water for a few seconds, which will help thaw and loosen the ice cream. However, make sure not to use excessive warm water to avoid melting the ice cream. Once the ice cream loosens, gently remove it from the molds. If using plastic molds, you can gently squeeze or twist the molds to assist in demolding. Now, you can enjoy the delicious homemade “Pudding” ice cream! Experience the combination of soft, sweet marshmallows and creamy flavor, and savor the refreshing texture.

Tips:

1.Choose high-quality marshmallows to ensure a soft and sweet texture. Low-quality marshmallows may result in less desirable outcomes.

2.When heating and melting the ingredients in a frying pan, be sure to use low heat and continue stirring to mix them well. Avoid high temperatures or rapid heating to prevent the syrup from scorching or foaming.

Homemade “Pudding” ice cream is a delicious and healthy dessert. By making it yourself, you can control the amount of sugar and ingredients, making the ice cream healthier. During the preparation process, you can add your favorite fruits, nuts, or other ingredients to create your own unique flavor. As the ice cream slowly melts in your mouth, the delightful and sweet taste will leave you enchanted.
