Ingredients for Succulent Grapes:

Grape 500g
Condensed milk 50g
Cheese 50g
Milk 60g
Sea salt 1g
Cream 100g
Sago 100g
Ice cubes 350g
Sugar 3g
Honey 3g
Oolong tea 5g

Steps:

1.Prepare a blender and turn it on. Make sure the blender is clean to avoid affecting the taste of the ingredients. Next, pour in a suitable amount of cheese, milk, and sweet condensed milk into the blender. The cheese will add a rich milky flavor to the foam, while the milk and condensed milk provide a silky texture and sweetness. To enhance the layers and balance the sweetness of the foam, sprinkle a little sea salt. Now, cover the blender and ensure it is securely locked to prevent any accidents during the blending process. Start the blender at a medium speed and blend for about 30 seconds. This will thoroughly mix the cheese and milk, creating a smooth and creamy foam. After the blending process is complete, open the lid of the blender and pour the prepared foam into a bowl for later use.

2.Prepare a basin and fill it with icy water. This will maintain a low temperature and ensure the stability of the cream. Next, place the bowl containing the blended milk into the ice bath. Pour a suitable amount of cream into the bowl. Choose high-quality cream to ensure rich milky flavor and a smooth texture. The cream should be refrigerated to make it easier to whip. Start whipping the cream, using a whisk or an electric mixer, for about 90 seconds until it becomes thick, soft, and forms stable peaks. Be careful not to overwhip, as the cream may separate or become buttery. Once done, remove the whipped cream from the ice water. It should become fluffy and have a creamy consistency.

3.Cut the ripe purple grapes in half through the middle. Gently separate the grape halves with your fingers and remove the grape seeds. This step ensures that the grape flesh is purer and smoother. After removing the seeds, squeeze out the grape flesh and place it in a bowl. By squeezing, the grape flesh will release its juicy juice. Don’t rush to discard the grape skins! They can still be useful.

4.After placing the squeezed grape flesh in the bowl, gently mash it into a puree-like consistency. This will thoroughly mix the fibers and juice of the grapes, resulting in a smoother texture. Once the grape flesh is mashed into a puree, pour it back into the bowl. This puree is filled with the natural sweetness and juiciness of the grapes. Next, add a suitable amount of sago into the bowl. Sago is a small-grained ingredient that turns translucent and chewy when cooked. It adds a unique texture and layering to the grape puree. Stir the grape puree and sago together, ensuring they are well mixed. You can use a spoon or a whisk for stirring until the grape puree and sago are evenly distributed.

5.Next, prepare a pot and pour in a suitable amount of water. Place the remaining grape skins into the pot. Grape skins are rich in antioxidants and other nutrients, so this step allows you to make good use of their value. Sprinkle in a suitable amount of white sugar and honey to add sweetness and texture. Gently stir to evenly distribute the sugar and honey. Bring the water and grape skins in the pot to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. This ensures that the nutritional components of the grape skins are fully released and that the sugar and honey dissolve and blend well. After simmering, pour the grape skin-infused water from the pot into a bowl for later use. This is a sweet and fragrant tea-like brew with the essence of grape skins, adding extra aroma and layers to the creamy grape foam.Next, prepare Oolong tea by steeping it in 75-degree Celsius water. Place the Oolong tea leaves in the water and let them steep for 30 minutes. This will extract rich aromas and flavors from the tea leaves, adding a unique tea fragrance to the final creamy grape drink.

6.Pour the brewed grape skin-infused water and steeped Oolong tea into the blender. These two liquids will provide a rich texture and layering to the creamy grape slush. Add a suitable amount of ice cubes. The ice cubes will help lower the temperature of the drink, creating a refreshing sensation. Make sure the blender’s lid is securely locked and start the blender. Choose an appropriate speed for blending, typically recommended for about 1 minute, until the ice cubes are completely crushed and the desired slushy texture is achieved.

7.Take out a beautiful glass, which will be the perfect container for your fruity grape shaved ice. First, pour a layer of grape puree into the bottom of the glass. This puree is filled with the sweet taste and rich aroma of grapes. Next, pour in the prepared grape shaved ice. This layer of shaved ice brings a refreshing and textured sensation to the drink, making the whole glass vibrant. Finally, squeeze whipped cream on top of the grape shaved ice. The cream adds a fluffy texture and silky smoothness to the drink, while also enhancing its visual appeal. Now, we have successfully made a delicious cup of fruity grape shaved ice! This refreshing treat is both cool and sweet, bringing endless enjoyment. Let’s savor this delightful summer drink together!

Tips:

1.Different grape varieties have different textures and flavor profiles. When choosing fruity grapes, consider juicy, sweet, and plump varieties.

2.Pay attention to picking ripe grapes. Ripe grapes are usually brightly colored, plump, and should easily detach from the vine when gently pulled. The grape skins should be glossy without significant blemishes.
