Starch 3g
Sesame oil 4g

Steps:

1.First, prepare a small basin ofoily bean curd and wash them clean. Cut each oily bean curd in half from the middle. The inside of the oily bean curd has a honeycomb-like structure, which helps it absorb flavors better. After cutting, place them on a plate and set aside. Take one green pepper, wash it clean, cut it in half, and then cut it into triangular pieces. Put the pieces in a small bowl and set aside. Take a small piece of red pepper and cut it into triangular pieces as well. Using both green and red peppers will make the dish more visually appealing. Take a small piece of white part of a spring onion and cut it into horsehoof-like slices. Take a small piece of ginger and cut it into diamond-shaped slices. Take a few cloves of garlic and cut them into thin strips. Put the garlic strips in a small bowl and set aside. Once the ingredients are ready, we can start cooking.

2.Heat some oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add a handful of dried chili peppers and stir-fry for a few seconds. Then add the spring onion, ginger, and garlicand stir-fry until fragrant. Add 5 grams of broad bean paste and stir-fry until the red oil is released. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring it to a boil. Add the green and red peppers and stir well before seasoning. Add 2 grams of salt, 1 gram of chicken powder, 1 gram of sugar, and 5 grams of oyster sauce.

3.Add theoily bean curd and stir-fry to coat them with the seasonings. The oily bean curd will quickly absorb the broth and become flavorful. After stirring well, add a suitable amount of cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Finally, drizzle a little bit of sesame oil to make the dish more tender and glossy. Stir well and then transfer to a plate.
