Homemade oat yogurt cup is a delicious and healthy choice. It has a high oat content, which is rich in dietary fiber and protein, helping to increase satiety, lower cholesterol, and maintain gut health. Additionally, homemade yogurt is free from additives and retains the calcium and other essential nutrients found in milk, making it even healthier.

Ingredients for Oat Yogurt Cup:

Banana 100g
Honey 10g
Oat 20g
Yogurt 20g
Dried fruits 5g
Edible oil 5g

Step:

1.Prepare two ripe bananas, peel off their skin, revealing the soft flesh inside. Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a spoon until they turn into a smooth puree, presenting a delicate texture.

2.When pouring honey and oats into the mashed banana, you will see the deep yellow of the bananas blending with the light brown of the oats, emitting a unique aroma. Next, mix all the ingredients together until the honey, oats, and banana are fully combined.

3.Lightly brush a thin layer of cooking oil on the prepared cup-shaped molds, which will facilitate easy removal later. Then evenly spread the mashed banana mixture into the molds. You can use a spoon or spatula to smooth the banana mixture, ensuring a flat surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the filled molds into the oven to bake for 20 minutes. During this time, you will notice the banana mixture gradually solidifying and developing a deeper yellow color. Once the time is up, open the oven door and carefully remove the baked banana cups. They might be slightly hot, so be cautious not to burn yourself.

4.After baking the banana cups, pour a layer of yogurt into each cup and sprinkle your favorite dried fruits on top. This adds richness and enhances the deliciousness of the banana cups. The smooth texture of the yogurt, with its subtle tanginess, complements the sweetness of the banana puree, leaving a lingering taste. Finally, gently remove the finished banana cups from the molds and place them on a plate for serving.

Tips:

1.When adding oats, you can first mix the oats with the banana puree to ensure a smoother texture when baked.

2.During baking, preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes. This ensures even heating and creates a more visually appealing result.

The oat yogurt cup is a delicious and healthy dessert with a delicate texture. It has a rich yogurt flavor combined with the sweet and fragrant taste of oats, providing a warm and comforting sensation.
