Ingredients for Oyster Sauce Mushrooms

Lentinus edodes 450g
Scallion 20g
Small chili pepper 15g
Garlic 8g
Salt 5g
Edible oil 32g
Oyster sauce 10g
Soy sauce 6g
Starch 10g
Sesame oil 8g

Steps:
1.Prepare a plate of adorable mushrooms. Crush the garlic, cut the chili peppers into rings, and chop the scallions.

2.Slice the mushrooms without making them too thin. Now let’s start the cooking process.

3.In a clean pot, bring water to a boil and add the mushrooms. Add a spoonful of salt to sterilize them and cook until the surface becomes smooth and soft. Then remove them and rinse with cold water.

4.Heat some cooking oil in a clean pan, add the crushed garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for a bit and then add a bowl of purified water.

Tips:
1.Be sure to trim off the stems of the mushrooms and thoroughly clean them.
2.Bring half a pot of water to a boil, blanch the mushroom slices in the boiling water until softened, then remove and set aside.
3.Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the chopped scallion whites until fragrant. Add the blanched mushroom slices and stir-fry briefly.
